At JM Store, we are committed to delivering your order safely and as quickly as possible. Please read our shipping policy below before placing your order.

Shipping Coverage

We currently deliver across Pakistan through trusted courier partners to ensure your order reaches you securely.

Order Processing

  • Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after confirmation.
  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.
  • During sales or promotional events, processing times may be slightly longer.

Delivery Time

Estimated delivery time after dispatch:

  • Major Cities: 2–4 business days
  • Other Cities & Remote Areas: 3–7 business days

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to weather conditions, public holidays, or courier delays.

Shipping Charges

  • FREE Shipping on all orders of PKR 12,000 or above.
  • Orders below PKR 12,000 will be shipped via Cash on Delivery (COD), and the applicable delivery charges will be calculated at checkout.
  • Cash on Delivery (COD)

We offer Cash on Delivery (COD) across Pakistan.

Please ensure someone is available to receive the parcel and make the payment at the time of delivery.

Order Confirmation

After placing your order, our team may contact you via phone call or WhatsApp to confirm your order before dispatch.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive your tracking details via SMS, WhatsApp, or email (where applicable), allowing you to monitor your shipment.

Failed Deliveries

If the courier is unable to deliver your order due to an incorrect address, unavailable recipient, or repeated failed delivery attempts, the parcel may be returned to us. Our team will contact you to arrange re-delivery, and additional shipping charges may apply.

Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate shipping information. JM Store is not responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses.

While we strive to deliver every order on time, unforeseen circumstances such as weather conditions, courier issues, strikes, or public holidays may cause delays. We appreciate your patience and understanding.
